Q: How much does postage cost?
A: Postage prices for fish are stated at the top of the Stock Shop page.
FREE postage is available on larger orders, please see Stock Shop page for details.
Q: How long will my fish take to arrive ?
A: Fish are sent by overnight delivery. Once an order is placed we will contact you to
confirm dispatch date.
Q: What if my fish arrive dead ?
A: Email us a photo of the fish in the unopened bag and we will replace the fish or refund the cost of the
fish back to you, we do not refund postage costs, if choosing a replacement fish you will need to pay
the postage costs.
Q: You do not have the fish I want, can you order it for me ?
A: We do not order fish or import fish from third parties, we breed, raise and sell directly to our
customers.
Q: Is there a minimum order value ?
A: We do not have a minimum order value.
Q: Why are your prices cheaper than elsewhere ?
A: Our prices are cheaper as we do not resell fish therefore the price you pay does not include the
profits of various people along a chain, you are buying direct as we breed & raise all fish that we sell.
This also reduces stress on fish as they have not passed through several sources.
