How to Order from Accessory Shop

U.K Orders - you may order any items in the accessory section by clicking to buy and adding the postage to each item, we will dispatch within 24 hours (except Sundays as post office is closed), and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
All U.K Orders of goods value over £50.00 Shipping is FREE. Combined order value of fish/accessory do not qualify for free shipping as fish must be shipped seperately.

Non-U.K Orders for single Assessory or small Orders please use the form in the Contact Section stating your country, the item you are interested in and the quantity of your order and we will get back to you with the shipping costs.

European Countries - Orders of Accessory value over £100.00 Shipping is FREE.

International Orders (Outside Europe) - Orders of Accessory value over £250.00 Shipping is FREE.

How to Order Live Fish

Please allow 48 hours after your order for fish as we have to prepare them for shipping.

U.K Orders will be shipped on the nearest Monday to Wednesday after the 48 hours.

European Orders will be shipped on the nearest Monday after the 48 hours.

U.K Orders - you may order any fish in the Stock Shop section by clicking to buy and adding the postage to each item. We will send you an Order Confirmation email.
Fish are shipped Mondays-Wednesdays overnight for delivery the next day, Please allow 48hours prior to your chosen shipping day. We will send you a Dispatch Confirmation email on the day the fish are shipped. Someone must be home to receive the fish and sign for them.

European Orders - Please use the Contact Us page selecting "Orders" as subject, state your country the fish you require and the quantity, we will reserve the fish and email you within 24 hours with the shipping price. The fish you are interested in will be reserved for 48 hours after we send the shipping price. Large Orders for retail or wholesale will be Free shipping, Order value/Fish Quantity to qualify for FREE shipping will vary by country, if in doubt please enquire.

D.O.A Policy (All Destinations) - I am not responsible for damage during shipping. In the unlikely event of fish being D.O.A (dead on arrival) , you take a photograph of the fish in the unopened bag and send this to me via email within 6 hours of receiving the fish. In such an instance you can then choose a replacement fish from the site, there is no charge for the replacement fish, but you must pay the postage for it. Alternatively you can have credit and choose another fish at a later time, you must pay the postage. If you do not wish a replacement fish or credit then I will refund the cost of the fish back to you, I do not refund postage costs.You should advise me if you wish a refund as soon as possible.

You do not pay any Paypal transaction charges on this site, you only pay the price for the fish and postage.

1/ No part of this website may be reproduced, in part or in whole, in any manner whatsoever,
without prior written consent of the copyright owner (Site Admin).

2/ This website may not be printed, emailed, hotlinked to or stored using any data storage or
retrieval technique, the only exceptions being -
a - the current webhost for the sole purpose of legitimate hosting of the website - we reserve all rights. b - legitimate search engines - we reserve all rights.
c - directories we have submitted the site to ourselves - we reserve all rights.

3/ You may not associate this website, its contents or owners in any way with any products*, websites*      or printed matter* without prior written consent.
* - Enquiries about product endorsement made in advance will be considered.
* - Websites wishing to link exchange. If a Link Exchange is agreed we maintain all rights to our contents
     and likewise you do to your site contents.
* - Publishers wishing to use contents from this website must apply in advance of printing to request
     written permission for use.

4/ Written Permission or written consent - these are available only in writing directly from myself and I
    accept no interpretations as legitimate consent being given, my reply must contain the exact words
   "I hereby give my consent to". Consent will be specific and direct to the initial request for a
   single useage or edition, reprints in any format in whole or in part, including a new edition would need
   advance approval from myself.
   Materials context must remain the same.
   Consent given will not be for wholesale or indefinate use or any useage outside of the specified time
   frame, project or edition stated in your initial request.
   All intended further useage would require you to request consent in advance.
   Without exception all rights are reserved even when permission/consent for useage is given.
   Full credits must be given.
